Today I’m joined by fiery DC insider and founder of Panoptic Strategies, Gretchen Gailey. I loved this conversation!!!! Gretchen is a Cannabis Communications Strategist who works with brands and advocacy groups on promoting the myriad benefits of cannabis to a mainstream, general audience with little to no understanding of the plant, the movement, or the positive effects that embracing more progressive cannabis policy could have. As a former journalist in DC, Gretchen has always been a champion of the truth no matter the cost. Her network is vast and she’s spent a lifetime of building trusted sources through sharing and receiving sensitive information with big implications. In 2015 she turned her focus on cannabis through leading research firm New Frontier Data, and has never looked back. She’s not a consumer, but a champion of cannabis, to this makes her uniquely positoned to have those conversations with an audience who may still be under the spell of prohibition propaganda.
