Rohn's point was simple: every result has a season, and the season before success is called discipline. Discipline is doing the work when there is no applause. It is making the offer when nobody is watching. It is recording the episode when the download count is zero. The people who dominate are not the most talented. They are the ones who kept showing up in the season when nothing seemed to be happening. Then, when the harvest comes, they are the only ones with anything to show for it. Stop asking when your season will arrive. Start asking if you are disciplined enough to deserve it.
