Tijdens een recente lunch, waarvan het medisch equivalent meestal bestaat uit het vermijden van broodkruimels in het toetsenbord, kwam ik weer eens in ons ziekenhuisrestaurant. Alles netjes aangegeven met looplijnen, automatische desinfectansdispenser bij de ingang en voor pandemische begrippen een uitgebreide menukeuze, maar mijn oog viel vooral op het plastic wegwerpbestek.
