Dead body found inside vehicle in Rochester Walmart parking lot

At approximately 2:30 p.m. on Monday, officers from the Rochester Police Department located a deceased individual inside a vehicle parked at Walmart North. The swift response followed a call that brought them to the scene, where they secured the area for investigation. Collaboration with the Southern Minnesota Regional Medical Examiner’s Office has been initiated to ascertain the cause of death.
