Dead Men, Donkeys and Unusual Devotions
from Celebration Church AU Hosted by Celebration Church AU
In today's Palm Sunday message, we are delighted to be joined by Pastor Beck Wilesmith. Ps. Beck is an introvert who keenly follows politics and likens election day to her own personal Superbowl. She is a Pastor's daughter, wife and mother. Beck relished the silver linings that Covid brought along with it - a clear calendar, slow Sundays at home and a reprise from the small talk of church! In her sermon titled "Dead Men, Donkeys and Unusual Devotions" she covers topics including Lazarus, Jesus riding the colt and how it symbolises a humble King and that anointing comes from devotion and true devotion will offend others. Bible verses included: Zechariah 9:9 John 11:1-44 John 11:53 John 12:1-16 John 12:23 Colossians 3:12
