Dead Show/podcast for 5/27/11
from The Deadpod
As summer (unofficially) starts this weekend I can't think of a better way to bring it in than with the rousing Scarlet->Fire that starts off this week's Deadpod. Jerry really does this justice and I hope you can take the time to listen to how Jerry and the band really did justice to these works of art... this is a fine second set.. I'm a fan of the Dear Mr. Fantasy... Satisfaction is not my favorite cover but It's All Over Now, Baby Blue ends things on a fine note :) Grateful Dead 7/1/85 Merriweather Post Pavilion Columbia MD Set Two: Scarlet Begonias > Fire On The Mountain ; Playing In The Band > Uncle John's Band > Drums > Space > Dear Mr. Fantasy > Goin' Down The Road Feeling Bad > Good Lovin' ; Encore: (I Can't Get No) Satisfaction > It's All Over Now, Baby Blue ; You can listen to this week's Deadpod here: http://traffic.libsyn.com/deadshow/deadpod052711.mp3 Thanks for listening and for your Support
