Dead Works (Theodorus Jacobus Frelinghuysen)

Salvation is no easy feat for man. In fact, it is impossible for man to save himself. It is a work only God can do. But that begs the question, why. Why is it so hard for man to be saved? Why is it impossible for man to save himself? John and Chuck dissect the sermon The Righteous are Scarcely Saved by Theodorus Jacobus Frelinghuysen in this week's The Whole Counsel Podcast. You can find the text of the sermon, more episodes, and likeminded podcasts at www.mediagratiae.org/podcasts.  Pick up your copy of Salvation in Full Color: http://www.rorbooks.com/index.php/product/salvation-in-full-color-twenty-sermons-by-great-awakening-preachers/ Rather watch instead of listen?
