deadCenter Film Festival 2025 INTERVIEW: WTO/99 with Alex Megaro

During deadCenter '25, Dustin and Dalton sat down with filmmaker Alex Megaro to discuss the official festival selection WTO/99 and his role as co-editor and co-producer on the project. WTO/99 was awarded a Special Jury Recognition Prize for editing at the deadCenter awards ceremony on 06/14/2025. WTO/99: An immersive archival documentary that reanimates the clash between the then-emerging World Trade Organization (WTO) and the more than 40,000 people who took to the streets of Seattle to protest the WTO’s impacts on human rights, labor, and the environment.
