Charges are now filed in the fatal weekend vehicle crash that killed a noted Minneapolis restaurateur. Nearly 200 employees in the Robbinsdale School district are set to be laid off to make up for a nearly $21 million budget mistake. State Lawmakers are highlighting the need for emergency funding for ambulance services in greater Minnesota.
