Reckless, vicious, and without any real plan, Alton Coleman and Debra Brown worked their way through the Midwest in 1984, killing when they felt like it and stealing from or harming anyone who got in their way. In total, they are believed to have committed eight homicides, three kidnappings, up to seven rapes and 14 robberies.
