Deadly Santee Fire, Mission Hills Man With Ax, Cross-Border Pollution

A Santee man was killed early this morning after his trailed became engulfed in flames. Some people living in Hillcrest and Mission Hills are on edge after seeing a man prowling their neighborhoods with an apparent ax in hand.
