Deal or no deal? Canada’s tariff showdown

Canada and the U.S. are ramping up trade negotiations with just a week to go before the Aug. 19 tariff deadline. Trade officials are working hard to present U.S. President Donald Trump with a layout of a deal before then. But what's on the bargaining table and what happens if a deal isn't met? Ralph Goodale, member of Prime Minister Mark Carney's council on Canada-U.S. Relations, joins Evan to explain.
