On on to days show I, Natasha Venter will be talking about change. Change is not always easy nor is it something that we may not always appreciate when it shows up. We are in a personal 9 year and also the year the snake which does help to strip away some of the things that we are needing to strip away. I know personally going through change especially when it's the life altering kind is so unnerving that we don't appreciate it in the moment like it called to be. I will talk about skills and understandings of how to process through the change we go through. Many don't think that grief is a part of change but it is. Many times it can be triggered because we don't deal with the grief that has been presented. Grief can be something that is layered, layered from maybe losing a parent, An animal, other situations that are from our lives collective. I will talk about negotiating through our life altering type of change which is like a death or divorce or job type of scenarios even accidents of some sort. I will also talk about even going through simple change and how we are meant to grow through these moments even though we don't see it as a growth opportunity many times. I'm going to be pulling from my intuitive understanding and also personal understandings because I have gone through much change in my life. I hope today's show can help you negotiate some of the emotions that you're going through as change does bring those up and give you some tools on the understanding of much of this.
