"Dealing with an Addicted Ex" & Much More

from Judge Mathis Podcast · host Telepictures

First, The plaintiff says he has a teen daughter with the defendant, but the defendant hasn’t seen her in years because she is a heroin addict. He got custody and is suing his ex for child support. The defendant says she was overprescribed by her doctor, which led to her addiction. She claims the only reason she hasn’t seen her child is because the plaintiff won’t allow it. Then, The plaintiffs, a husband and wife, say the husband used to date the defendant and she cheated on him with multiple men right in their home. He says he has doubts about their daughter’s paternity and is seeking a DNA test. They’re also suing for property and emotional distress. The defendant insists she never cheated and claims he’s the cheater and he even punched her in the face. She’s countersuing for rent.
