Dealing with Change? BACON can help!

from BACON BITS with Master Happiness · host Master Happiness

Sometimes we look for change, other times change sneaks up on us or is thrust upon us. We prefer routine, we like things just the way they are. We are creature of habit.  We lose old friends and gain new ones. Flowers grow, die, and different ones emerge. Technology advances faster than we can keep up with it. Jobs come and go. Shoes wear out. Change is inevitable. But that doesn’t mean that it is easy to accept and understand. Some changes are welcome, and others can take us by surprise. When that happens, they are met by a barrage of emotions. It would be wonderful if every change in our life brought happiness, but they don’t. Many unwanted or unexpected changes bring us fear, anger, and sadness. Change can be tough, we understand that. Thank you for allowing us to show you how BACON can help put it all in perspective. B – Bothered vs Excited. The god versus the bad of change. A – Acknowledge your 4 emotions. How’s it making you feel? C – Control your imagination. Try to be optimistic. O – Other Routines can give you balance. Stick with them. N – Nibble away at it instead of taking it all at once. The only thing in life that is constant is change. So, although we will constantly and continuously help you navigate your paths of happiness, we’ll also keep changing and creating new ways to present the shortcuts. www.MasterHappiness.com www.WhatsYourBacon.com #SalesCoach #PublicSpeaking #Keynote #Career #Relationships #MasterHappiness #Jalove #Bacon #WRLR #BaconBits #MartyJalove #WhatsYourBACON #Change #NewJob #Divorce
