Ask yourself why your loved one may be behaving in such a way. This behavior is telling you something is wrong. Dealing with someone with dementia can be hard to deal with—do not be discouraged; they're all you have to continue in life. Let your knowledge of them guide your choices. Many changes can be irritating and stressful. Patients is needed; they can feel out of control, lost, or in pain.
