Dealing with Energy Vampires

I discuss how to identify energy vampires that you may be dealing with and I share some ways to deal with them. https://anchor.fm/lucidher/message Protection Bath Tie the following herbs in washcloth or cheesecloth and let them soak in your bath water. Bathe in this as many times as needed until you are feeling protected. 4 parts Rosemary 3 parts Bay leaves 2 parts Fennel seed 1 part Dill seed Protection Sachet Mix the herbs below in a glass bowl, while mixing them imagine your your protective energy flowing into this herbs, and really focus on your intent - protection against Energy Vampires. Once mixed add the herbs to the center of a 4 inch by 9 inch piece of white or red natural fabric (cotton, linin, and jute are all examples of this). Tie off the top of the sachet to contain the herbs inside. I used natural hemp twine for mine but, yarn or regular twine would also work. Carry your sachet on your person for protection against energy drainers.
