Welcome to the 5th Workshop and Guided Meditation on Dealing With Grief & Loss. If you have experienced a loss of a loved one then you may be experiencing grief. Grief is the emotional suffering you feel when something or someone you love has been taken away from you. Often, the pain of loss can feel overwhelming and you may experience all kinds of difficult and unexpected emotions which include shock or anger to disbelief, guilt, and profound sadness. The grieving process takes time and healing happens gradually; it can’t be forced or hurried and whatever your grief experience, it’s important to be patient with yourself and to allow the process to naturally unfold. This guided meditation will help you during your healing process as it will help you to focus on the positives and for you to celebrate the time that you had with your loved one.
