Grief is complicated, and often long-lasting. Lately it feels like we're supposed to just grieve and keep it moving, and it just isn't that simple. There's a lot of social stigma and personal pressure to keep your grief to yourself.This week we spoke with the wonderful Alison Pena, a.k.a. Bad Widow. She's a different kind of widow, who is determined to "live life on her own terms", no matter what people think she 'should' do.
