Dealing with Narcissistic People

They live amongst us. They work with us, they live in our communites and no matter what they always blame others for their bad decisions. They are always the victim. No matter if they start the confrontation. Nothing is ever their fault.  I have run into this many times in my professional and private life. I was even married to one. Over the years I have learned how to deal with that type of personality.   I hope this show will help those of you who deal with this type of personality on a daily to understand there is no reasoning with them.
