You need to tune out the noise and focus on what really matters—your vision and goals for your company. For Crystal she knew it would be a hard road, but she knew it would be worth it. The journey wasn't easy. She had to overcome the naysayers and people who didn't believe in her dream. But she never stopped believing that one day her vision would become a reality. Her passion for dance drove her to keep going even when things got tough. And now, as an established studio owner, Crystal is happy that her studio has helped many dancers find their own place they can call home.
