Our lives are full of pressure from all different directions, but I believe it's how you deal with the pressure that really counts. Today, I talk candidly about putting pressure on myself as a businesswoman and how my healing process taught me that self-care is more important than meeting standards. I also encourage other businesswomen to keep going and understand that when you're met with resistance from others, it has very little to do with you and a lot to do with the pressure they are putting on themselves.
