Dealing With Rejection

Dealing with Rejection can be tough and is something we all face on a daily basis – we cant avoid it – its going to happen whether we like it or not…   It would appear that people are starting to feel it a little more as the darker, colder nights draw in and we start to evaluate and review our achievements in the year.   How do we cope with rejection?
