Dealing with the disabled.... Again?

Send us Fan MailHere we go again. Dealing with those with disabilities and they know it. Should the police grant certain considerations when dealing with disabled persons? Depends. However, when ordering a suspect out of a car and he tells you he is unable because he can't use his legs, do you rip them out of the car anyway for non-compliance?
