Dealing with the homeless, criminals and evil people targeting me with lies about my home ,songs, for no rational reason

I have these hoodlums nearby my home who made up lies to others that they own my home,my catalog, and they are attempting to commit real estate fraud, or ID theft,fraud. I do not know them ,i do not know why they are saying criminal things, crazy things sleeping on the streets of haskell and nearby my home ,it is sick ,these people nearby my home and street saying crazy things, that are not true.
