It was a real honor to talk to Dean Karnazes, the man who brought ultra marathons to the mainstream with his 2004 Best Selling Book "Ultramarathon Man".  Since then, Dean has become a beloved spokesman for the running community and was named by TIME magazine as one of the 100 "Most Influential People in the World." For the last 30 years, Dean has pushed his body and mind to find the limits of the human possibility.
