Dean Sonderegger - Adapting to Customers Living in a Virtual World - Wolters Kluwer

from In Seclusion · host Greg Lambert

#HOMEawayfromHOME As the coronavirus spread along the global distribution chain, it became apparent that eventually, all global markets were going to be affected. For Dean Sonderegger, Senior Vice-President and General Manager at Wolters Kluwer Legal and Regulatory US, the signs started in January, and by mid-March, the company was essentially an all-remote workforce. The new reality was that information needed to be fluid. Customers and non-customers were in need of reliable information. Students needed access to casebooks and study guides. Lawyers and Judges needed access to materials they only had in print. A global company needed some innovative answers to satisfy all of these disparate needs.  Remember, we may all be In Seclusion, but we're in this together.
