In this episode, I read to you a letter that I wrote to myself a month before I turned 40. I read this letter to you all because I believe it may help you come to grips to where you currently are or may provide some insight into what you are to tell yourself/or understand about your journey.

It is a very personal letter that allowed me to understand that I was exactly where I needed to be and to embrace that.
