Dear Abbey, how do you listen with a busy brain?

Todayyy we talk about my recent trip to a mining town for my older sisters 30th bday where we rode horses!! I talk about active listening and how hard it can be to listen when you're in a conflict with a partner or a loved one but how beneficial it can be to really listen.
