In Week 2 of Dear Corinth, Pastor Zach walks through Paul’s message to the Corinthian church and challenges the way we define wisdom, success, influence, and spiritual maturity. The Corinthians had become focused on what the world considered impressive, but Paul points them back to the cross.We don’t have to prove ourselves, perform for God, or build our identity around success, influence, appearance, or credentials. The cross reminds us that our identity is found in what Christ has already done for us.At the end of it all, the message is simple: Jesus doesn’t need to be made more impressive. He needs to be at the center.
