This recently happened to me after watching a movie! The movie was Wonderfully done, in my opinion, however, something occurred which later I realized was an unknown trigger for me. Why? Because I was a Victim of Domestic Violence in my Past and I never truly addressed it the way I probably should have! Now, I am facing the hidden dragon by Healing from within, one day at a time! hope this Episode encourages Someone!
