Dear Me...

I am so proud of you, For the strength in all you do. You’ve taken a deck and ran a Boston, Triumphed over every pain, often. You’ve wiped away tears meant to drown, Turned sorrow into strength, never down. Watered a concrete rose, grew tall, Defying odds, you stood through it all. I admire who you’ve become, indeed, Navigating life with integrity. From who you were to who you are now, I’m happy we finally meet, somehow.
