Death as a Tool

Recorded on the 22nd of November 2022:  I decided to share this episode because it brings to focus some concepts about death that I had just discovered. Death seems to be a taboo topic especially since it is depicted as loss and bad news because it deals with mortality and the loss of one's physical body, but here I uncover death as a concept and a tool that can be beneficial to one on the journey of self-improvement and self-mastery. Although there is no actual death of the spirit, there can be transformation and liberation when we decide that a specific path, lifestyle, or goal isn't beneficial to us or others anymore. I also give instances of where my fear of putting myself out there had caused me a lot of psychological and spiritual pain and how burning in the hell of my mind made me die to that old pattern of freezing, hiding, and putting myself in a box. And I also added Tems' "Free Mind" to the mix! While it seems like a familiar concept for most people, others may need to gain awareness and understanding of killing the old self and transforming themselves into the person they aspire to become in spite of the circumstances, mental blocks, fears, and limiting beliefs.
