Death By Self Talk - Lifesavers and the Quest to Become Self Aware

Need we say more?  Why do we do it?  How do we stop? Having noticed the theme in myself and a plethora of everyday people, I've spent the summer gleaning from the Bible as well as some bright minds like Dr. John Townsend, Dr. Brunner and the popular authors Brene Brown and Jon Gordon.  From it, I'm hoping to provoke a conversation that can lead us along a path away from deadly self-talk.
