Three of the biggest lobbies in Washington DC are sugar, dairy and meat. We should be forgiven for thinking that federal guidance to fry foods in beef tallow, drink more whole milk, and put sugar in Coca-Cola, are part of a corporate conspiracy of coercion to further undermine public health.
