Email me...A French billionaire died last week during a penile augmentation.  We won't debate the merits of that procedure, but tonight we discussed how to stay safe during any plastic surgery.  Of course, that means selecting a plastic surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and having surgery in an accredited operating room with a board certified anesthesiologist.  And my advice is to see a board certified internist.  Consider having a stress test if you are over 60. We also discussed eyelid surgery tonight and it's colon and rectal awareness month, so we had Dr. Gildner, from RWJBarnabus Health on to discuss colon cancer.
