Death: Holding space for grief and messages from the hummingbird with Crystal & Nicole #35

This episode is  important to me, because we both experienced death in the last couple weeks. I’m also feeling the collective grieving of loved ones passing during Covid. Join us as we discuss the different personal experiences of death we’ve had in our lives, the grieving process, the acceptance and allowance of this transition in all forms, and a beautiful story from a shaman, who ushers people across the veil. I had the opportunity to visit with this beautiful man for five hours on a flight home for Costa Rica and he gave me the gift of the hummingbird’s wisdom and an owl feather to remember the sweetness that provides all suffering and joy. The Hope in the eternal nature of the universe.We recorded this in love, and I hope you receive it in compassion and authenticity.
