Death Note (2017)

Welcome back tot Feasts of Film for the month of Ani-May and get ready to pull out your notebooks and start writing down names because Cole, Jake, and Chandler are looking at the Netflix adaptation of Death Note from 2017. Light Turner is just a normal teenager until he discovers a notebook that can kill anyone’s name who is written in it. It’s then he decides he will become the god of a world he creates. He is introduced to a death god named Ryuk who informs him he has been chosen to use the death note, but when the worlds greatest detective named L starts looking into the murders Light becomes the prime suspect. Will L be able to catch Light or will his name be the next one written in the Death Note?
