Everything in the universe moves like this vibrating between positive and negative, opening and closing cycles, transforming energy into new forms. Life and death are not opposites. They are two movements of the same flow.Dreams play a big part in understanding this. They connect you to the subconscious and reveal things your waking mind cannot see. They show fears, hidden memories, and truths that help you understand that nothing really stops. Everything transforms.Fear of death comes from attachment to the body and from what society taught you about endings. But consciousness continues. The soul moves through many experiences, in different dimensions, always evolving. And every kind of death physical, emotional, or symbolic helps you face your inner shadows and integrate what you avoided before.Even the body reflects this. DNA is a spiral, just like the universe. Life, death, and transformation follow the same pattern everywhere.Death is not disappearance. It is change. Every ending makes space for something new to grow, and every transformation helps you evolve.
