She is a five-time Emmy Award nominee, a Golden Globe nominee and was chosen for the Top Ten short list for the Academy Awards for her live action short film “Girlfriends.” Pratt has received the Lillian Gish Award from Women in Film, The Angel Award, The Golden Block Award, and six B.E.N. Awards. As Co-Creator/ Executive Producer and Head Writer for the original ground-breaking television series “Quantum Leap,” Pratt wrote 27 episodes and has produced over 100 hours of network programs. In her current role as executive producer of the current series she has directed the “Family Style” episode airing February 23, 2023, and is working on the “Quantum Leap” feature film. Pratt made her directorial debut on “Cara Unashamed” for the BBC’s Masterpiece Theatre’s “The American Collection,” which aired on both PBS and the BBC. She’s a graduate of Webster University and studied performance, singing, dance, playwriting, and directing at the Webster University Conservatory.
