Debt Collection Lawsuit Hack against Absolute Resolutions Investments, LLC

Here, Brian bears in on Absolute Resolutions in a case where they gave the client a hard time settling for a debt elimination. So, we use our discovery rights to bear in on their "proofs." Their Bill of Sale was ripe for exploitation of the weakness in its assignments of the debt. There are none but there are at least five entities all claiming ownership without proof. This is a fun one.
