I review the full 400+ page Treatment for Pediatric Gender Dysphoria as issued by the Department of Health and Human Services on May 1, 2025.   The report, which does not name an author, provides it's "treatment" recommendations for transgender youth, claiming that only psychotherapy is the appropriate medical treatment for transgender youth, and not gender affirming medical care such as puberty blockers and hormone therapy.   Let's dig in - let's get the views of the leading medical organization who have direct experience in this area:  The American Academy of Pediatrics and the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH).  Both organizations issued firm rebuttals refuting the HHS study, stating it is inaccurate and not based on scientific and medical facts.     Knowledge is power.  Dig deeper.
