Another day past the Hughes trade, another day to wonder how the Canucks ended up here! Matt and Blake look at what the deal has done to the perception of Canucks management and whether this signals that brighter days are ahead. They also take a peek at Minnesota's reaction to the first week of Hughes being there, and the heartbreak it's given his former teammates in Vancouver. The Daily Hive's Rob Williams drops in for his final visit of 2025 and comments on the city's reaction to the Hughes trade. Rob gets into the possible next steps for the team and whether it's possible to get a third 1st round pick in the 2026 draft.
