NOTE: This show commemorates the 34th anniversary of the fall of the Soviet Union, which was formally dissolved on 26 December, 1991.Special Guest: Danny Jazarevic, MD, COL US Army (Ret) is NOT your average US Army colonel. He grew up under communism on the other side of the Iron Curtain, defecting from Yugoslavia in 1983 and obtained political asylum in the US a year later. Here are just a few of his many credentials: commanded medical ops in Iraq in 2005-2006, multi-time director of trauma both in the states and abroad, and he speaks 7 languages! He'll tell us all about his career and life under communism.
