Decarbonization and The Value of Mechanical Insulation

When most people think of insulation they think of the pink stuff in the attic and in the walls. Mechanical is on a whole other level and can truly help in the efforts towards decarbonization and reducing green house gases.  As Ron King coined one time "We are the Forgotten Industry".  Those of us in the industry need to change that and hopefully this podcast will move the needle. I sit down with Michele Jones, Executive Vice President/CEO of the National Insulation Association to discuss how Mechanical Insulation can greatly help in reducing carbon emissions; but Mechanical Insulation does so much more.  Many think of light bulbs and how they are helping with carbon reduction because you can see a light bulb go on and off.  A light bulb though cannot hold a candle to what Mechanical Insulation does.
