In Matthew 1:21, the angel tells Joseph to name the baby Jesus because “He will save His people from their sins.” The name Jesus literally means “The Lord saves.” This episode reminds kids and families that hope isn’t just a nice thought or a wish—it’s a person. When we say “Jesus,” we are saying that God saves, God keeps His promises, and God is close.
