Welcome to Spiritually Fit Yoga! Wow, it's December! With the holidays and the temps getting cooler and days getting shorter, I was feeling the temptation to hibernate creep in so I have personally been motivating myself to get off the couch and still move and be mindful about nourishing my body, mind and soul. This video episode (watch on Spotify) is the first of several I will be sharing with you to stay motivated this month. If you'd like to use this episode to let me keep you company while you walk then get your sneakers on and let me yak at you for about 15 minutes! You'll also be invited to pause, breathe, and hear some suggestions to incorporate a gratitude practice during your day. The intention of this episode is to stay afloat if the holidays or the season might be making you feel sluggish or blah. I know what that feels like and I'm here to support you to keep going.
