Fr. Joseph explains how the liberalism of our society does not unite us but further divides us. We must be mindful of how we use our liberty, since society often deceives is to use our liberty as a cloak for vice. Our idea of liberty can become a deception that tells us we can think and do what we want and have total autonomy in our own relative version of the truth. Instead, we must use our liberty in tandem with the absolute truth in order to fulfill our purpose as God intended. Fr.
