The purpose of the decision making exercises is to tap into the collective knowledge of your team.Instructions: Listen to the DME before listening to the full Parkland Debrief Episode. Pause after each set of questions and allow your team to discuss how they would address the scenario in Part 1. Then repeat the process for the remaining scenarios.
