All important decision must be made on paper - stop looping thinking through what ifs and so forth 1. State the problem On paper Write the Problem But be clear What do you want and WHY and How will you know when you get it. 2. Get the advice and opinions of others Seek information from online, read up on the topic Ask family, friends based on the question as Coach, Doctor, Therapist, 3. List the alternatives List Pro and Cons Why you like each choice What does your heart say ? 4. Choose the best alternative - with your beliefs and life what is the best choice Remember decision are based on probability you cant wait for 100% - if it don't work then learn from it and change! 5.
